Our first study will be
"Named by God" by Kasey Van Norman. In this study we will dig into
God's word in order to know what it means to find our true identity in Christ,
to live a surrendered life, and to find life by losing it. This 6 session study
will meet on Sept. 2, 9, 16, 30, Oct. 7 & 14.
Our late Fall study, beginning on Oct. 21st, will be a new study, which comes out in September, called "Living in Truth: Confident Conversations in a Conflicted Culture" by Mary Jo Sharp. The goal of this study is to help Christians effectively converse on truth by following basic steps: 1)See the need, 2)Know what you believe, 3)Listen to discover the cultural view, 4)Learn to ask questions, 5)Respond to false beliefs and 6)Engage in a lifestyle of total truth. This is also a 6 session study and will meet on Oct. 21, 28, Nov. 4, 11, 18, Dec. 2nd. We will have a Christmas gathering on Wed, Dec 9th.
